But there are four different seasons in Nepal, which has distinct features for trekking to Himalayas.

Autumn Season (September to November)
Autumn season is the best trekking time in Nepal and most busiest season for all kinds of adventure holidays. After driving 6 hours to the 90 Km southwest of Kathmandu in inner Tarai there is a subtropical forest of Chitwan which was the first forest area designated to be national park in 1973 and later declared a world heritage Natural Site by Unesco in 1984. In the park 43 species of animals is recorded. In which 600 one horned Rhinoceros, 106 tigers is been estimated to be habitate in this park. Similarly other mamals like Leopard, Gaur (Indian Bison), Wild Elephant,  Sloth bear, Fresh water dolphin, Rhesus monkey, Langur, Wild boar, stripped hyena, Jackal,Dhole (wild dog), Ratel, Palm civet, Mongoose, various antelopes, Samber deer, spotted deer, hog deer, barking deer, etc. Ghariyal, a crocodile native of Chitwan is most spectacular reptile and Other crocodile species is Magger. Similarly reptiles like python, monitor lizard, Pangolin, Tortoise, King Cobra and other 19 snake species also available being habitat there. There are 485 different bird species. The forests, grasslands, and wetlands of Nepalese Jungles are habitat for birds.

Langtang Gosaikunda

From Kathmandu to Sypru Besi drive you to the journey of Langtang National Park‘s Hindu Pilgrims Lake Gosaikunda ( 4460m ). This Langtang Valley Hiking gives you the opportunity to get right in among the Himalayan peaks and to get off the beaten path walking through some attraction and relatively un-populated areas. The Park offers pine forest, rapid mountain streams, bumpy rock and snow capped peaks, grassy down and field spread with daises and wild animals. Gosaikunda trek climbs more steeply through farmland and above the tree line up an alpine ridge that offers a huge Himalayan panorama, to reach a rocky bowl studded with scared high altitudes lakes.There are 108 lakes in this area but the most popular are Gosaikunda (4460m), Saraswatikunda and Ganeshkunda nearby each other. Every year, these sacred places are visit by thousands of Hindu Pilgrims during the month of August.
